lunch time snack.

R and my girlfriends all know that I cannot cook. But i can make a mean chicken salad sandwich. The grapes add the most perfect touch to this sandwich. I love that I can prepare it in bulk, store it in a container and eat it for days to come! VoilĂ , a great afternoon snack that is light and so delish.

Here's the recipe for my favourite sandwich...


3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
3/4 cup of Miracle Whip
2 tablespoons of coleslaw dressing
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Combine ingredients together and chill for at least one hour before serving. Serve on bread of choice and ENJOY!!
